Belo and Tikoe Industrial Estates

Ha Belo Industrial Estate in Botha-Bothe district will be completed and commissioned where sixteen factory shells and their associated infrastructure have been constructed.  It is expected when factory shells are fully occupied, six thousand direct jobs will be created with further outlaying external effects such as taxes to the Government, rentals and increased sales by the business community in the Botha-Bothe district. The construction the 3rd and final phase of Ha Tikoe Industrial Estate in Maseru District consisting of seven factory shells and the associated infrastructure will also be completed and commissioned. It is envisaged that when completed and fully occupied, four thousand jobs will be created at the Estate. The infrastructure at older factory estates will be refurbished to ensure that they remain attractive to our investors
